At Stratus, we want you to be completely satisfied with our Service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may receive a refund for your subscription.
All new accounts begin with a 7-day free trial. During the trial period, you have full access to the features of your selected plan. No credit card is required to start a trial. If you choose not to continue after the trial, your account will simply be downgraded and no charges will apply.
If you are unsatisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription charge. This guarantee applies only to the first payment and is limited to one refund per customer.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the billing period. Downgrading to a lower plan takes effect at the next billing cycle.
In cases of extended service outages, billing errors, or other exceptional circumstances, we may issue refunds or credits at our discretion. If you believe you are entitled to a refund outside the terms above, please contact our support team and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
